SetStay is a national platform. To protect productions and our hosts, every vendor must show current general liability insurance, an active business license, and pay the platform subscription. We carry zero liability for vendor work.

$49 / month after admin approval. You won't be charged until your documents pass review.

Vendor acknowledgement & indemnification (required). I confirm my insurance, business license, and (where applicable) DOT/MC, food-handler, or bonding documents are true, current, and accurate; that I am an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of SetStay; and that I will defend, indemnify, and hold SetStay harmless from any claim, loss, property damage, personal injury, foodborne illness, transport incident, or attorney's fee arising from my services or any document I upload, as set out in the Terms of Service.
